Resurrection Letters Tour News

The following is part of an email recently sent out by Andrew Peterson about the upcoming Resurrection Letters Tour. Look at the dates at the bottom - Wisconsin Rapids is the first stop on the tour.

Greetings friends,

A few things to share with you this month:

As Easter approaches, we've been finalizing details for The Resurrection Letters Tour. I consider this tour a cousin to the Christmas tour in that it's a concert with a specific purpose. We (Jill Phillips, Ben Shive, Andy Gullahorn, and myself) wanted to put together a concert that would draw attention to Christ and the story of his death and resurrection. Last year was the maiden voyage, and to our great joy (and great relief) it was well-received. I don't know of any other concert like it. It's a meditative evening, during which we play old hymns, liturgical songs, and resurrection songs from a few of my albums, including Resurrection Letters, Vol. II. Between the songs are readings, meditations on the Story of the single greatest event in history.
